NTT Security is the specialized security company and center of excellence in security for NTT Group. NTT Security approached Optamor to propose an IR35 change management programme and implement measures that would ensure financial stability and mitigate risk throughout their current supply chain.

Optamor was able to gain visibility over the client's supply chain through a thorough audit of their existing contractors, both directly, and agency supplied. The Audit revealed a number of high-risk areas which we then supplied the client with a list of corrective actions to help minimise their reputations, financial and legistlative risk.

Once we had completed the audit of the client's contractor workforce, Optamor then undertook IR35 Assessments (including review of contract terms and documentation, working practices conversations and employment status determinations).

Optamor deployed our Managed Payroll Service, which included the novation of both Direct Contractors and those from incumbent suppliers no longer required. This provided NTT Security with:
