Optamor were selected to build and manage an on-demand resource solution that aligned to the Bell’s bids, tenders and project forecast demands. Bell required live pipelines and talent pools of individuals against future demand rather than constantly working on a reactive basis, providing them with a competitive advantage in their market.
Optamor’s ‘Virtual Bench’ solution provided Bell with an “on-demand” model enabling them to profile exactly the type of resources they expected to require and call them off when the demand is confirmed.
