A marketer's approach to hiring,  with Role Personas.

Strike, an online estate agency leading the way with their fresh approach to home buying and selling, engaged us to support them with their talent acquisition approach.  

 

After an internal restructure of the business their newly appointed CPO wanted to ensure that their hiring process was not only slick but efficient. Ensuring they attract, assess and hire the right people for the right roles.

We took a marketer’s approach to talent attraction. Working with the hiring managers within Strike, we looked in-depth at each of the core roles and found out what the ideal person ‘looked’ like to create Role Personas.

Once the Role Personas were created for each of the core roles we then went onto creating the rest of the Hiring Manager Toolkit, including Interview Packs aligned to the businesses core competencies – which we mapped to each of the Role Personas to ensure hiring managers are getting the right fit.

​Since the project started our involvement with Strike has further grown into a full RPO (Recruitment Process Outsource) offering due to their rapid growth and purchase of (former) rival Purplebricks.
