We’re looking for a part-time marketing assistant or exec (3 days per week) to support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks. This is an important role within the team, assisting with internal enquiries from the Group and building relationships across the brands. You’ll be joining a friendly existing team, including a brand manager, bids manager, digital and social media specialists; reporting to the Head of Marketing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting the Serocor Group brands with general marketing enquiries
  • Carrying out activities identified in the marketing strategy
  • Adjusting collateral using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Making changes to the Group websites in Umbraco and Wordpress
  • Drafting social media posts and graphics
  • Assisting in the organisation and planning of events
  • Using analytical and market research platforms to shape our activities or inform teams
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across all the Group brands
  • Internally promoting the work of the marketing team
  • Responding to candidate reviews on Feefo

Your experience

We’re open to hiring marketing assistant or exec-level talent – an open, can do attitude is more important to us. You’ll have some marketing experience, gained in-house or agency-side and will be inspired by variation and challenge.

We’re a team of warm and supportive people. We help each other out and applaud each other’s achievements. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills who has experience in some of the following areas:

  • CMS
  • Social media management
  • Internal communications
  • Customer experience (CX)
  • Event planning
  • Graphic design
  • Copywriting/content marketing
