1:1 Training

1:1 Training is when it's just the delegate and trainer in the training session. This is great for busy professionals who simply don't have the time to attend a full day course. It also gives you the opportunity to work on your 'real work' while you're training, with our trainers not only showing you the particular programme's features, but suggesting easier ways of working too, saving you loads of time! 

Our feedback from clients choosing 1:1 training is that they achieve so much in a short space of time, and are able to get their specific needs fulfilled.

We normally go onsite to the client's offices for 1:1 training, but we can arrange it for anywhere that's convenient for you.

What other Microsoft Office training do ARM provide?

Full Day Programmes

These are normally one day programmes in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project or Access, where up to 10 delegates are in the classroom. We work through the various features of the programme at either Introductory, Intermediate or Advanced level. Sometimes it is tailored according to the client's needs. The courses run regularly all year round.

As well as learning the features, you get to pick up lots of tips and techniques from our trainers that can help you improve your productivity, improve your presentation of documents, spreadsheets or powerpoint slides. They are very interactive training courses, with lots of practice and exercises on the topics being covered.

Upgrading your system?

Many of our clients come to us when they are upgrading their MS Office systems. At the moment many businesses are upgrading to Microsoft Office 2010, from either Office 2003 or 2007. The upgrade training we provide is usually over a day, with up to 10 people attending a session. We often provide trainers as 'floor-walkers' too, so that on the day that the upgrade takes place there is help on hand from our trainers if anyone has any problems or questions as they go about their work.
