Serocor Wins IRP's 'Best People Development Business' Award
Optamor is delighted to announce winning the 'Best People Development Business' award as part of the Serocor Group at the 2014 IRP awards.
It is with great pleasure to announce that we were winners at this year’s IRP awards hosted by former Communard, now BBC radio presenter and author, Reverend Richard Coles at Westminster’s Park Plaza.
Heather Cracknell, Head of People Development, and Derek Goff, Learning and Development Manager, from Serocor Solutions collected the award on behalf of the team.
Derek said:
“We felt very honoured to be shortlisted for this award and are totally delighted to have been awarded the accolade. We originally won the People Development in business category in 2009, and this is a clear testament to the ongoing significance and investment the Serocor Group pays to the professional and social development of our staff. Without the enthusiasm for learning and development shared by our people, we would not be the company we are today.”
Recruitment and Employment Confederation chief executive, Kevin Green, said:
“Hearty congratulations to all of the 2014 winners. These are people and businesses who continually go the extra mile in their mission to help candidates and employers be as successful as possible. The quality of entries this year was exceptional and all those shortlisted truly are ambassadors for the high standards and inspirational work the IRP expects of recruiters across the country.”
To be nominated for these awards is an accolade in itself and we are very pleased to have won this award in recognition of the ongoing investment in the professional development of our employees.
