Optamor launches its talent partnership portfolio under the direction of a new leadership team.
The solutions (showcased at www.optamor.com) enable organisations to ‘see things differently’ and transform their approach to hiring, developing and retaining talent with skills that are in high demand. The website also introduces its Optamor QI (Quite Interesting) exclusive membership initiative, offering customers many additional benefits to partnering with Optamor. Membership has also been extended to an open LinkedIn group, offering top-level insights into the world of QI.
Martin Smith teamed up with Optamor as Director of Talent Solutions in September 2014, joining Paul Mallinson and Claire Proudlove, to devise a range of blended talent solutions.
