Zoe Howgill

As Head of Client Partnerships I have two main high-level accountabilities; primarily I’m accountable for the partnership we provide and ensuring our team meet our agreed KPI’s and targets. Secondly, I’m responsible for the strategic partnership, the evolution ensuring that we optimise our service and continually improve and evolve.  

I have a real mixed bag of experience… A total of 17 years within the HR/Recruitment services industry. I’ve set up HR shared services across to Europe to managing in recruitment house teams. I can transition work, implement tech and improve processes!  Most importantly, I can build great relationships to achieve great results.

MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT...

My favourite time of the day is sunrise – I really enjoy walking my dog first thing and being the first one on the beach. You can put a lot of things into perspective at 6 am!

HOW MY CUSTOMERS SEE ME

My clients would see me as open and honest – as it’s a partnership often we have to have candid conversations to seek agreement. I’m straight up and like get to the heart of matter with an agreed solution.
