Biggest challenge + solution

Being the go to person for challenges and solutions for my customer’s means that I have

to be agile and innovative which is part of my DNA. I’m not an expert in everything - what I think is really effective when faced with a challenge is to ensure that I consult with the right people that will ensure I will give the customer the right solution.

What’s the secret to a great client relationship?

Listen, empathise and build trust. Trust is granted when you deliver on your promise, once you deliver your promise you then become credible and will be seen as a true partner. ALWAYS put yourself in the customer’s shoes and anticipate their needs.

MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT...

My favourite time of the day is sunrise – I really enjoy walking my dog first thing and being the first one on the beach. You can put a lot of things into perspective at 6 am!

My clients would see me as open and honest – as it’s a partnership often we have to have candid conversations to seek agreement. I’m straight up and like get to the heart of matter with an agreed solution.
