Jasmine Watts

The highlight of my career at Optamor is being part of a team which has transformed and expanded our client’s entire internal training and eLearning system, which was originally brought in as a three month trial.

My favourite part of the job is being the main point of contact for our delegates, ensuring they receive an exceptional service during their training journey - from the point of requesting the training through to completion. Working within the training industry and at the front end of the client’s needs allows for each day to be different, which is something I thrive from, as it keeps the role varied and challenging.

I work well under pressure and love to keep myself, and my workflow, organised. I take an enthusiastic approach, combined with a friendly, genuine dedication to client service which has successfully helped me build excellent client relationships and develop in my own ability within my role.
