I have worked within the MSP and RPO industry across multiple sectors both operationally and from a project and delivery perspective for nearly 20 years, throughout this time I have encompassed an eclectic mix of responsibilities including recruitment delivery and account management, the roll out of new processes, to managing and heading up projects with external client implementations. Holding open, honest and adaptable relationships with customers is certainly key to achieving a positive experience as well as understanding what our clients really want to attain out of their partnership with Optamor.
Biggest challenge + solution
There are many challenges that have come up throughout my career but one that really represents my skills set is through a rationalisation project that streamlined and reduced a PSL of what was 250 to circa.90 suppliers, “there was a portfolio of very similar clients that would benefit from utilising one PSL as well as providing the delivery teams with a manageable contact list so they could strengthen relationships and understand the capabilities of their supply chain further.” Introducing standardised reviews with our supply chain following the rationalisation project enhanced our connections with our suppliers really bringing them on board to provide the best talent for our clients. Providing solutions, project deployment and successful project outcome coupled with continuous improvement is what I really enjoy.
I attend an adult ballet lessons every week.
I like the fact that everyone is personable, friendly and all work together to help each other achieve the best for Optamor with no hierarchal status amongst the teams. Everyone regardless of level plays a significant part in achieving the best for Optamor sharing ideas and knowledge.
Organised, trustworthy, honest, gets things done, knowledgeable, detailed and approachable. Building partnerships based on this when implementing a new solution certainly provides a better positive journey.
