With 20+ years of working in learning and development roles, my passion for people development and talent management continuously increases. As Head of Learning & Development, I have responsibility for the strategic direction and performance of our partnerships. This means I get to work directly with our clients to design people solutions that deliver highly engaged, productive people in the right roles, with the right skills and at the right time and cost.
Leading the Performance Centre Team of training partners and coordinators, I make sure we deliver a quality service and drive the innovation and evolution of the services we can offer.
I aspire to be a decent golfer and am very much still a work in progress! And, based on the saying: “ It will be perfect in the end. If it is not perfect, it is not the end…” I have many, many years of golf ahead of me.
