Ellen Cranstone

During Ellen’s two years at Optamor she has proven herself to be a valued asset to the company. Developing from a delivery coordinator role to an account manager within her first year, building a strong, valuable relationship with her client, ensuring the renewal of the contract and enhancement of the services offered. She has also embedded the ‘Feed the Family’ concept and built relationships across the whole Serocor group.  Within her specialisms is her keen eye for detail across all elements of her account. 

Ellen believes the secret to developing great client relationships is through honesty and building trust to become a trusted adviser and to be seen as an extension to the client’s team.

Her proudest work achievement, so far, is the successful enhancing of the service offered with her client, to cover both internal and external training requirements.

Ellen’s strongest skills are her eye for detail, organisation and ability to find solutions within any challenge.
