Group Director of Client Programme Services

As Director of Client Programme Services I am responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Client Programme Services across multiple service lines and brands within the Serocor Group.

I hold strategic programme responsibility for the delivery of external customer projects and programmes as required including:

  • The delivery of a coherent and scalable Client Programme Services environment.
  • Ownership of the successful implementation and mobilisation of new services and projects including, but not limited to:

o   RPO, MSP, On-Demand

o   Supplier / Contractor novation

o   New customer set-up and communication activities where a solutions based approach is required

o   Existing customer project support and development

  • Responsible for the Serocor Group’s external-facing customer technology strategy including implementation of ATS / VMS technology for Serocor Group customers. (Other supporting technologies as required.)
  • External consultancy services such as process and technology audit and review.
  • Pre and post-sale activity that supports the expansion of service and drives efficiency and continuous improvement.

Interesting thing about you that not many people know

I am an avid football fan and am a season ticket holder at Reading F.C. Now that I am home based in Hampshire the extra driving distance to the Madejski Stadium on a regular basis has not diminished my passion for the club. Come on you Royals!
