The role

The Recruitment Delivery Coordinator is an important role in our Resourcing Team for our candidates, the hiring managers, stakeholders and Optamor colleagues, ensuring all have as positive an experience of the team as possible.

The role will report into the Account Manager and they will support the wider Resourcing Team for the Customer, including the Resourcers, Resource Business Partners and other team members.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting when required, the team to ensure the Recruitment System, Eploy, is kept up to date and accurate
  • Providing Contractor care for the contractors we have with the client – including administration of contract extensions and timesheet enquiries
  • Ensuring Candidates have an excellent experience with the team when it comes to interviews – this role will be responsible for interview arrangements
  • Assisting with the organisation and compiling of presentations, as required, for the team
  • Set up, manage and where necessary, evolve the team’s shared drive and filing
  • Administer the shared email account for the team
  • Ad hoc general administration duties as required

Your experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise time and manage a workload effectively
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate computer proficiency, to include MS Office suite
  • Prior experience of compiling reports, presentations and agendas
  • Experience of using MS PowerPoint would be desirable
  • Experience gained from a Recruitment Agency or In-house resourcing team would be desirable
  • Experience gained in the Defence industry would be desirable
