The role

You will support duties to aid the development and maintenance of the Key customer relationship. Providing Administration support to all relevant business units as required.

You will from time to time be sited with the client and so client relationship management skills will be required.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the team to meet the service levels set between Optamor and the client.
  • Working closely with the team to support on administrative activities for multiple clients
  • Ensuring Optamor adheres to current recruitment and compliance processes
  • You will be able to manage your time effectively and show diplomacy and discretion where required
  • Supporting on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with the recruitment workflow activities
  • Entering correct information into the database to ensure a smooth process for payment/invoicing
  • Ongoing support of contractor queries as well as on boarding new contractors into the process
  • Managing eTimesheets on a weekly basis to ensure contractors are paid on time.
  • Arranging interviews with candidates and client with the set processes defined.
  • Regular reporting activities to include use of Excel.

Your experience

  • Strong Administration skills
  • Excellent MS-Office skills
  • Competent in picking up new systems/technologies
  • Confident with talking to candidates/clients/colleagues at all levels
  • Can work on own initiative
  • Previous experience within recruitment would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good time management skills
